By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Cashback Amounts:
       

    Eligible customers will receive cashback Bonus as a Sports Bonus or/and Stadium Bonus based on their total losses in that product, only made through the Bet9ja's Official APP, between Mondays and Thursdays.

    Please consider that the bets contains Basketball and Tennis events will not be eligible for this promotion.

    • Level 1:
      • Losses: Between ₦2,000 and ₦49,999.
      • Cashback: 5% of your losses.
    • Level 2:
      • Losses: Between ₦50,000 and ₦99,999.
      • Cashback: 10% of your losses.
    • Level 3:
      • Losses: ₦100,000 or more.
      • Cashback: 15% of your losses, at a maximum bonus of ₦100,000.

    Please note: The Cashback bonus is calculated separately for each product, based on your total losses in that product. For example, if you lose ₦1,200 on Sportsbook and ₦800 on Stadium, your combined losses are ₦2,000. However, you would not qualify for the bonus because the minimum loss requirement of ₦2,000 must be met for each product individually.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:
     
    • This promotion is available to all BET9JA customers who place and lose their multiple bets on sports events and Stadium only through the Bet9ja's Official APP between Mondays and Thursdays with a minimum total odds of 2.5.
    • Basketball and Tennis bets are not included.
    • Customers are eligible for only one App Cashback bonus per week during the campaign period.
    • A minimum total odds of 2.5 on the betting slip required for this promotion.
    • Betting slips should be only multiple bets.
    • Only real money bets placed and settled on between Mondays from 00:01 to Thursdays at 23:59 are eligible for this promotion. (Promo Period).
    • Bet9ja will not be responsible for any bet settlements which exceeds the promo period. (void games, Postponed games, delayed games etc)
    • This promotion runs weekly, and bonuses will be credited on Fridays. It may take up to 48 hours to reflect in customers' accounts.
    • Betting slips must include events happening exclusively between Mondays and Thursdays.
    • Total losses incurred by the users from the Bet9ja App Placements, between Monday and Thursday will be considered for cashback calculation.
    • All the bets placed under the "Players" market are excluded from this promotion. Such as "Number of Goals", "Shots on Target", "Assists", "Cards" will not qualify or count towards wagering requirements.
    • Zoom soccer bets will not qualify for this promotion.
    • Cashed-out and Void bets will not qualify for this promotion.
   

In order to complete Sports Bonus Wagering Terms and Conditions:

  • Cashback Bonus will be available only on Bet9ja's Official App.
  • Cashback Bonus must be staked and settled two (2) times at total odds of 3.0 or above.
  • Cashback Bonus is valid until Sunday at 23:59 of the relevant week.
  • The minimum bonus payout is ₦100 per eligible customer.
  • The maximum bonus available is ₦100,000 per eligible customer.
  • The maximum amount you can convert your Sport Bonus into real money will be the 3 times of the bonus amount you will recieve.
    • For example: if you have a bonus of ₦50,000, the maximum amount you can convert into real money is ₦150,000.
  • Bonus can be used only on/for pre-match and live-betting. (Football, Basketball and Tennis Markets)
  • All the bets placed under the "Players" market are excluded from the bonus. Such as "Number of Goals", "Shots on Target", "Assists", "Cards" will not apply for the bonus use.
  • Split bets and column bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
  • Bonus cannot be combined with real money.
  • Bet9ja will not be responsible for any bet settlements which exceeds the bonus wagering period.
  • Bonus can only be withdrawn after a winning bet has been settled using the bonus.
  • Void bets and Cashed out bets do not count toward the wagering requirement.
  • Once the Bonus Wagering Requirements are met, you can redeem the bonus balance available into your general account balance.
  • Your bonus MUST BE redeemed manually before the expiry time and date, before it becomes invalid.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the promotion will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Freebet bonus.
  • Multiple account owners will not be eligible for this promotion and their accounts will be terminated. If a customer is found to have more than one account, the client will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges which may result in confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets/bonuses/gifts (even decided ones).
  • If a customer tries to place multiple bets (whether that be single or multiple) on the same event and market with different outcomes the bet placement will not be allowed.
  • The above statement also applies for markets that are incompatible. If a customer tries to place multiple bets on the same event, on incompatible markets (1x2, ou, gg, dnb, odd/even, combo 1x2+ou, 1x2+gg) with different outcomes the bet placement will not be allowed.
  • Bet9ja reserves the right to remove any allocated bonus as a consequence of suspicious/fraudulent behaviour. Especially in relation to the placement of single/multiple bet selection in regards to the same sporting event. Including, if there is clear intention of qualifying for the allocated bonus and/or subsequently converting bonus funds to withdrawal cash. This also includes bets placed by a single individual or a collective group.

In order to use your Stadium Free Bet:

  1. Simply make your selections as normal and click on the ‘Gift box icon’ button on your STADIUM betslip.
  2. The free bet will expire three (3) days after it has been credited to the account.
  3. Your STADIUM FREE BET must be SETTLED before the expiry date of the Free Bet.
  4. Winnings from free bet do not include the free bet stake.
  5. You must place the full value of your STADIUM Free Bet in one bet.
  6. Once a STADIUM Free Bet expires you will no longer be able to use it.
  7. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the promotion will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Freebet bonus.
  8. Multiple account owners will not be eligible for this promotion and their accounts will be terminated. If a customer is found to have more than one account, the client will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges which may result in confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets/bonuses/gifts (even decided ones).
