Promotion Overview:
- Promotion Period:
  The Christmas Giveaway will run for 13 days, starting from December 12th 2024 and concluding on December 25th 2024.
- Total Prizes:
  ₦1 Billion worth of prizes, including the latest model car, high-end smartphones, televisions, cash prizes, and bonuses on various betting verticals.
- Grand Finale:
  A final draw will take place on December 26th to select one winner who will receive a ₦100 Million Cash Prize.

START WINNING

Eligibility:
- At least one deposit of 1,000NGN across the campaign duration is needed to be eligible for the final prize.
- For daily prizes, users must place and settle eligible bets on sports or casino games listed below, the day prior during the promotion period. Every bets will count from the previous day.
- For the ₦100 Million Cash Grand Prize, users must participate with at least 1 eligible bet on sports or casino games listed below. For each day participated, users will get one ticket for the draw.
- Users do not have to place Sports and Casino bets at the same time to be eligible. Both verticals will be considered eligible, either only sports, casino or both verticals together.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a registered Bet9ja account.
Entry Requirements:
- Sports Bets:
  A minimum of ₦500 stake must be placed on sports bets with odds of 3.0 or higher to qualify as a valid entry for the daily prizes. Each betting slip must be placed for at least ₦500.
- Casino Bets:
  A minimum of ₦2,000 stake is required on select casino games listed below to qualify for the daily draw. Each casino stake must be placed of at least ₦2,000.
- Additional Tickets:
  Participants will earn additional tickets for the final giveaway by completing various challenges during the promotion period. Challenges may include:
Prize Structure:
- Daily Prizes:
  Throughout the promotion, users have a chance to win one of the daily prizes. The prizes include:

  - ₦100 MILLION CASH
Draw and Ticket Allocation:
- Each day a user participates with a qualifying bet, they receive one ticket for the final draw on December 25th.
- Additional tickets for the final draw can be earned by completing specific promotional challenges as detailed in Section 3.
Winner Selection and Notification:
- Daily Prizes: Winners for daily prizes will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants each day.
- Grand Finale: One participant from all entries received during the promotion will be randomly selected to win the ₦100 Million Cash Prize.
- Notification: Winners will be notified through their registered contact details within 48 hours of the draw. Bet9ja reserves the right to publicly announce the winners.
- Winners need to confirm their details within 5 days from the winner election otherwise a new winner will be chosen.

Other T&Cs:

Prizes may vary in colour.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except for cash prizes).
Physical prizes will be sent to winners within 30 days of the announcement.
Only real-money bets will qualify.
The draw is conducted by an independent party in front of two witnesses.
Winners will be contacted by the Bet9ja Customer Support Team and the gifts will be delivered to winners' addresses.
All prize winners shall be notified by post, e-mail or telephone no later than seven business days from the date of the draws.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ARE UP TO DATE, including personal information, mobile and landline phone numbers, home addresses and email details.
Bet9ja will pass the winners’ details to the courier delivering the gifts but Bet9ja is not responsible for any undelivered packages once the gift is in the care of the courier.
If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of notification, or if it is found that a winner is ineligible, then the winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize and Bet9ja will refer to the reserve list.
Bet9ja reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes, such as “Mr Michael” from Lagos.
Multiple account owners will not be eligible for this promotion and their accounts may be terminated. If a customer is found to have more than one account, the client will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges which may result in confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets/bonuses/gifts (even decided ones).
Bet9ja reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
